Science has shown that quality of our breathing can significantly improve our energy and help us perform at our best. Breathing is essentially a movement and an energy exchange of gases, it impacts every part of our physical and mental wellbeing. By understanding how to optimize your breath you will transform your wellbeing, with benefits reaching far beyond energy and stamina.
This class will combine breathwork with gentle movement to awaken our primary breathing muscles and to led the blood distribute oxygen in a more efficient way. We will start with the short breathing workout, touch on the energy management and maintenance and make a breathing assessment. We will practice techniques used by the professional athletes and first responders, and will finalize with the energy shower exercise that could potentially replace your morning coffee!
In addition Aigul will also share with you a 14-day-plan with the exercises to build up your daily breathwork routine.
