Elena Kisel

Elena is a Registered Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist who specialises in a trauma-informed psychosomatic practice in regulating one’s emotional and physiological states. Elena consults at Life Clinic and runs group Sensorimotor Art Therapy classes in Central, Hong Kong. 

Elena is passionate about her practice in regulatory work of the nervous system and finds that an individual’s mental health well-being is intricately linked to the capacity for psycho-physiological coherence and organisation. “Without the self-regulation skills, we are over-ridden by habitual patterns, and ultimately suppress and limit our lives...” 

Elena regularly shares her outdoor Qi Gong & Integrative Yoga classes with trail runners & friends in the early mornings. When not reading or writing, in her leisure time, Elena is certainly trailing the hills, “Living in Hong Kong offers incomparable access to diverse scenes of expansive hilly horizons and gorgeous harbour views. I try to spend as much time as I can outdoors”.
