Dr. George Adesina, MD, MSPH, FAAC

George Adesina, MD, MSPH, FAAC is an Adult Noninvasive and Imaging Cardiologist in the Texas Medical Center.
Dr. Adesina graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana, earning his BS in Biology, and immediately obtained a masters of Public Health at Tulane University. He completed his medical studies at The University of Texas Medical Branch. His internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship were both completed at Baylor University Medical Center where he served as both chief resident and chief fellow. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at UTMB before joining his current practice at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.
Dr. Adesina’s professional passions include cardiovascular disease prevention, community outreach, and raising awareness to reduce healthcare disparities. He is a member of the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. In addition to being a heart health expert, medical correspondent, and speaker, he is also a devoted husband and father.
