Carrie Forrest

MBA, MPH

Carrie Forrest holds a master’s degree in public health with a specialty in nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She also has a master’s degree in business from the University of Southern California.


Carrie is the creator of the popular healthy food blog, Clean Eating Kitchen, and has authored two cookbooks. She creates wholesome and nutritious recipes using whole food ingredients and writes wellness articles related to women’s health issues.


A survivor of PCOS, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, and thyroid cancer, Carrie’s passion is helping other women learn how to eat better to support their health. Carrie lives on California’s beautiful Central Coast and loves visiting farmers’ markets, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two cats.


Carrie is the author of The Healthy Meal Prep Instant Pot Cookbook and The Quick & Easy Healthy Cookbook.
