In this fascinating one hour session, Dr Emilie Berthet Clairet will explain to you how your body changes as it transitions through peri-menopause and menopause. She will then explain to you how you can best support your body though this transition through an adapted and targeted dietary plan.
The perimenopause transition is never fully predictable, but a targeted diet and lifestyle will ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible, perhaps avoiding having the many symptoms that can be so disruptive. Women start perimenopause at different ages. You may notice signs of progression toward menopause sometime in your 40s, but some women notice changes as early as their mid-30s.
Most importantly, it is never too early or too late to start preparing your body for the next phase of life.
