Booking 

 

To book a class or Talk to an Expert session click on the appropriate link next to the session you want to attend.  You will then be directed to the expert's booking calendar.  Book the time that is convenient for you and pay (all prices are in USD).  You will receive an email confirmation from Schedulista.  You will find your booking information and Zoom link in the email.

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy

 

OM understands that sometimes life gets in the way of doing things we want to do!  In that case, you may need to cancel.

 

We allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of any booked session.  You may follow the link in your Schedulista email to Cancel or Rebook.  If you choose to cancel a full refund will be made to your nominated credit card. 

 

If the expert is required to cease the class once it has started due to technical issues, the class will be rescheduled and credit will be provided if you cannot make that rescheduled class.  If, however, the class needs to be stopped due to the behavior of another participant, OM will offer you either a full refund or you may choose to attend another class.
